ci: Uprev Mesa

Sergi Blanch Torné requested to merge sergi/virglrenderer:uprev-mesa-manually into master

The refactor on the architecture naming convention changed the mesa artifact from the debian-testing build job.

Virglrenderer test jobs were fetching the file mesa-amd64.tar.zst when now it is called mesa-x86_64.tar.zst. This merge request is waiting for the result in mesa/mesa!23527 (merged) when this file name with have a new change.

This uprev of Mesa in Virglrenderer includes a few expectation changes.
