   - Make amd-pstate call topology_logical_package_id() instead of
     logical_die_id() to get a socked ID for a CPU (Gautham Shenoy)

   - Fix uninitialized variable in amd_pstate_cpu_boost_update() (Dan
     Carpenter)"
