Remove Visual Studio project files

Frediano Ziglio requested to merge fziglio/vd_agent_win:mr_clean_msvc_projects into master

These project files were not correctly tested and updated for a while. Now that CMake is present it can be used to generate proper updated Visual Studio projects instead.
