Release 0.15.0 doesn't contain ./doxygen.sh and so the build fails
Trying to build the official release 0.15.0 fails with the download from: https://www.spice-space.org/download/releases/spice-server/spice-0.15.0.tar.bz2

Configuring config.h using configuration
Program ./doxygen.sh found: NO
spice-0.15.0/meson.build:232:0: ERROR: Program './doxygen.sh' not found
The reason is fairly clear as ./doxygen.sh
isn't in the download: tar tf spice-0.15.0.tar.bz2 | grep doxy
Probably this is just a fairly simple packaging oversight. :)
