xrandr-outputs: skip disconnected outputs
requested to merge uril/spice-streaming-agent:device_info_xrandr_skip_disconnected_outputs into master
There is no need to list disconnected outputs. Currently spice-streaming-agent issues a warning and returns the first one (which for me is the connected one).
