console update and addition of ctrl+alt+del
Updated the console interface to include side navigation and the use of the ctrl alt del, per Issuue 2 - RFE: Adding ctrl-alt-del button to default spice-auto
added javascript to html for addeventlistener, and could use help with integrating the extra javascript at the bottom for the sidenav, collapsible div for console logs and the addition of the hostname to the top middle of console. I am no javascript expert, especially in regards to working with ES6 modules.
Also not sure of the normal process for submission of changes.
