ci: Avoid apt-get to ask questions

Frediano Ziglio requested to merge fziglio/libcacard:mr_ubuntu into master

With last Ubuntu update apt-get will ask interactively some question causing the CI to hang and fail due to timeout. Avoid this interaction.
