android: Meson integration cleanups

@roman.stratiienko Thanks for your efforts thus far! This is the first round of cleanups to the Meson build system, let me know what you think. android: Only provide GBM headers for libgbm library instead of all is a bit ugly but I prefer correctness over that; a better solution is welcome.
