Improve AppStream description & remove URLs

AppStream generator warns about the app description containing plaintext URLs: $ appstreamcli validate src/appdata/org.rncbc.qpwgraph.metainfo.xml W: org.rncbc.qpwgraph:10: description-has-plaintext-url p

Fix the warning by removing the URLs. While we are here, improve the description wording a bit.
