Restricted access to some apps.

Malcontent,unfortunately, it still suffers from the 2 main issues we experienced, those being:
- When you restrict an account from being able to use an app, it only hides it from the menu. That user can still run the app from a Terminal command or by opening the /usr/share/applications folder. This doesn't provide an adequate level of protection.
- You can only restrict the opening of Flatpak apps. That means the administrator has no control over apps installed from the Snap store or APT repos, where most apps pre-installed in some Linux distro. Thanks for your attention. Albano
