Add a way to set the intended roles for mappings

Hello

Please find a patch to be able to set the intended role for a mapping.

When doing pacmd list-sinks the role is properly set in the properties, but when I'm running PULSE_PROP='media.role=phone' paplay foo.wav the stream is not routed properly.

Any guidance?
