bluetooth-legacy: Create bluetooth legacy as copy of current bluetooth codebase
At compile time can be chosen which codebase would be used (current or legacy). Module names in legacy implementation stay same, so it is fully backward compatible. Legacy implementation is just in its own subdirectory.
