meson: Remove libpulse dep from libpulsecore

Tanu Kaskinen requested to merge tanuk/pulseaudio:meson-libpulsecore-fix into master

libpulsecore is not supposed to depend on the client library.

Removing the dependency caused build failures, which are fixed by adding more stuff to libpulsecommon.
