Missing AppStream metadata

Pavucontrol seems to have no AppStream metadata and cannot be found and installed using GUI (GNOME Software, KDE Discover etc.) on Fedora and many other distributions. Please, consider adding this file.

There is already a downstream discussion about submitting the existing metadata from Flathub to upstream. They should be ready to go, except one small thing that should be easy to fix as I mentioned here.
