Remove glib/poppler.gidl

Germán Poo-Caamaño requested to merge gpoo/poppler:glib-remove-poppler.gidl into master

The GIDL format was the pre-cursor to the GObject Introspection Repository (GIR) format. Poppler has used GIR for a long time now.

This is a patch that removes a file no longer in use, and was submitted a while ago on bugzilla.
