CPP image renderer added
This commit is somewhat unfinished, the ImageFormat::imgRGB48 and ImageFormat::imgCMYK cases are not tested on image_renderer::drawImage function due to lack of test files.
Due to an influx of spam, we have had to impose restrictions on new accounts. Please see this wiki page for instructions on how to get full permissions. Sorry for the inconvenience.
