Fix small oversight from b8de1a19

Nelson Benítez León requested to merge nbenitez/poppler:fix_JBIG2Stream_bytecount_oversight into master

There was one 'bytecounter increase' case that was not imported from the Xpdf code.

That caused some JPEG streams fail to render when hitting that codepath, like the file p1.blank_with_poppler.pdf posted on issue #1319 (closed)
