Don't embed substituted base14 fonts in annotations

If we have are asked to create an annotation using a base14 font, and the system gives us something similar, just don't embed.

Reference it as a Type1 generic font instead.

If we are asked for a font that does not exist in the system, it is likely that the user don't fully care about the pixel perfection embedding the correct font gives us.
