OCG support for Optional Content Usage Dictionary

Submitted by Marc Ruiter

Description

Created attachment 43786 Example with OCG links

The hyperref package for LaTeX has the option to mark hyperlinks as Optional Contents Groups (OCG) with /PrintState/OFF and /ViewState/ON. This enables having the links within a document in color on the screen, and black in print.

The documents generated with this feature print fine with Adobe Reader, but with evince/poppler the links still print in color. I have attached a simple pdf which illustrates this point.
