Very slow loading and initial rendering performance of the Arm A-profile Architecture Reference Manual

@crab2313 brought to my attention the 15-thousand pages (87.3 MB) "Arm Architecture Reference Manual for A-profile architecture" document that can be found at https://developer.arm.com/documentation/ddi0487/latest/ ; I believe it is a great performance benchmark, as it exhibits very slow initial loading that is not encountered with the Office OpenXML spec document.

When you try to open this document with Okular 23.08.5, Okular 24.02.2, or Evince 45, so both Poppler 24.2.x and Poppler 23.08.x, you can see it takes about 15 to 25 seconds to open the document and render the first page.

For comparison: PDFjs in Firefox is able to load that document (locally) in 4 seconds.
