Update cmap files

Update cmap resources and mapping resources from current https://github.com/adobe-type-tools/cmap-resources and https://github.com/adobe-type-tools/mapping-resources-pdf. Licensing terms seem unchanged, however the copyright holder is spelled differently now.

Upstream has two more files in cmap-resources, Identity-H and Identity-V.

I did not make any actual tests with this data.
