Add the ability to configure plymouthruntimedir
Hello!
I'm developing a distro and using plymouth as the bootsplash. I've run into a problem where plymouth is the only program using /var/run, and since it starts so early in the boot process, systemd-tmpfiles does not install the proper compat symlink.
I noticed that plymouthruntimedir in configure.ac is tied directly to installing plymouth in the sysroot, which I cannot do for numerous reasons. I can try to edit the systemd service with a drop-in file temporarily, but it would be nice if this could be fixed upstream.
Thank you!
