Offer boot argument to disable any (key) input

Description
Plymouth should somehow allow to boot into the OS normaly, with showing the splash screen, but with ignoring any (key) input.
Why this is important to me:
The keyboard of my netbook sends randomly by its own key events. This is not so important for me, as most of the time the booted OS just ignores those. But Plymouth somehow catches those, and gets in a loop, switching all the time between showing the splash screen and the console / TTY with all boot info. From here, the boot can't continue.
When I boot with plymouth disabled, my OS (Fedora 21 / Rawhide) starts fine.
