Repeated key presses spamming graphic toggle

Description
There are several keys like the arrow keys, backspace, delete, enter, etc. which I'm told "plymouth doesn't just listen to the escape key, but also anything that sends an unhandled escape sequence, like arrow keys". If for example someone leans on the arrow keys causing them to be pressed many times, plymouth will toggle between graphical/console output for every key press, potentially causing plymouth to get stuck doing that for a very long time even after the system is fully booted.
From IRC... "<halfline>
maybe it should flush the queue of incoming requests too"
I propose another thing that I think should be added as a config option: disabling the toggle keys, so that both ESC and any other keys can be turned off, and then there actually wouldn't be a way to toggle between graphical/console.
