Use the pipewre directory for the wireplumber configuration

Julian Bouzas requested to merge julian/wireplumber:pw-configuration into next-rebased

Also moves all wireplumber components into wireplumber.conf, and makes their dependency valid by default if it is not defined in WpSettings.
