Add a config option to persist bluetooth devices on tty change

Hello,

with this PR bluetooth devices stay connected to one session, even if the tty changes. This is useful, if you often switch between tty1-tty7 and want continuous output from one session.

If there are additional changes needed, I am happy to adapt change-requests.
