wp-uninstalled: default to wireplumber if no args are given

Peter Hutterer requested to merge whot/wireplumber:wip/uninstalled-wp into master

Runing wp-uninstalled.sh without arguments (like pw-uninstalled.sh), just execs itself into nothingness which seems like a waste of effort. Let's default to running wireplumber when no arguments are given.
