Policy node fixes for noise suppression nodes

Unlike pipewire-media-session, The current policy does not handle the "node.link-group" node property, which can cause circular links between noise suppression nodes. This MR fixes this by handling the property in the same way as pipewire-media-session (see the changes here: pipewire@d1c61144)
