bluez5: fix FastStream microphone support on some devices

Some devices require the source direction bit to be selected, in order to send data.

Fixes #1650 (closed)

With the initial Fastream implementation, I thought setting this bit caused the Avantree headset to disconnect, but it seems this was mistaken as it works ok also there.
