Multiple small meson fixes

Niklāvs Koļesņikovs requested to merge pinkflames/pipewire:small-meson-fixes into master

The first commit disables Vulkan auto detection as requested by @gkiagia . The second commit moves libcamera and the related libdrm summary() to the 'Backend' section (also requested by George). And finally the third commit wires up V4L2 header detection and effective feature state, so that those can be reported in the summary under Backend.
