Draft: videoconvert: Fallback to dummy converter

columbarius requested to merge columbarius/pipewire:columbarius/fallback-videoconverter into master

Videoadapter will fall back to the dummy converter if the configured converter fails to load.

Assuming the existence of a converter allows removing all checks for the existence of the converter and simplifies the adapter to a single codepath.
