audioconvert: Default back to two buffers
Partial revert of 11320cf2
Some applications, at least firefox; have issues with audio popping, stuttering or speeding up with just 1 buffer.
Resolves #3744 (closed), #3622 (closed).
Credit to @codepayne who orginal bisected the issue.
