Issue #2570 - Use the xdg-destkop-portal of rtkit

Hubert Figuiere requested to merge hub/pipewire:xdg-realtime-portal into master
  • If the xdg-desktop-portal is there, use it instead of rtkit
  • This allow setting the rt priorities within Flatpak

DRAFT: the dbus call to the portal returns a not found error. Currently investigating.

It needs this on the portal side https://github.com/flatpak/xdg-desktop-portal/pull/841 to run inside the sandbox.
