Bluetooth is not default after reconnecting it, despite explicitly setting it default

Description of Problem: Bluetooth device
Steps to Reproduce:
- Set BT headset as default output sink in
pavucontrol
- Power off BT headset
- Power on BT headset
Actual Results:
- Device is not default anymore, "Built-in Audio Analog Stereo" is default.
Expected Results:
- Device is default sink.
