Description of Problem: When I try to play a video with audio, the video freezes for about 60 seconds (mplayer, Youtube on Firefox, etc) and then eventually plays very quietly. Often it doesn't play at all.
How Reproducible: I can reproduce this problem consistently on my machine, but I don't know how to reproduce it on other machines.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Play any audio
