headset microphone picks up system sounds like they are being routed to it

Description of Problem:
so when im speaking in any app like discord, my microphone outputs the system sounds if they are even slightly loud, like they are routed to it from my output device which is also headphones since about two days ago it also started picking up the sounds from the app im using which it didnt before and now its a complete mess. i tried deleting and reinstalling all the config files, pipewire with everything itself, but it stays the same. i hope to get any help because its been an issue since i've pretty much started using linux about 2 years ago, and i've changed my headphones multiple times.
How Reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1.have pipewire installed 2.open discord (or anything that has voice chat) 3.open any other app that produces sound like spotiy
Actual Results:
people can hear the application sound even if the mic isnt plugged in
Expected Results:
the sound isnt supposed to be routed to my microphone sink
