bluetooth--a2dp sink role--replace pulseaudio with pipewire--no audio
- PipeWire version (
pipewire --version
):0.3.83 - Distribution and distribution version (
PRETTY_NAME
from/etc/os-release
): - Desktop Environment: linux based buildroot
- Kernel version (
uname -r
):4.19 - BlueZ version (
bluetoothctl --version
):5.66 - wireplumber version = 0.4.15
Description of Problem:
when i use pulseaudio everything is Ok, then replace pulseaudio with pipewire, there is no audio(a2dp sink role)
Steps to Reproduce:
-
pactl list sinks
pactl set-default-sink 2
-
pactl list sources
pactl set-default-source 5
Following the above steps, it is normal to use pulseaudio, but if you switch to pipewire, there will be no sound. Our local role is a2do sink.
What I'm confused about
- Why is there no output when I run pactl list sinks/sources short | grep bluez?
- According to the output log of pactl list, have I not enabled a2dp source profile?
- Could it be caused by a misconfiguration of my pipewire? I removed the dependency on readline package
Additional Info (as attachments):
- log.txt(The output of pactl list command is shown in log.txt)
- pipewire log pipewire.log
- If you need more logs please let me know。
