Switching to pipewire from pulseaudio causes hitch pitch echos/feedback

Hi,

When switching to pipewire from pulseaudio by symlinking the required shared libraries, the output/input devices in gnome-control-center are reset. On selecting a device the gnome-control-center crashes. This happens even after restarting the system after the switch.

As well as normal systems sounds like charger plugged in and laptop lid being closes caused a long high pitched sound with pipewire.

System logs attached.pipewire.log Logs after high pitch sound pipewire2.log

OS: Arch Linux pipewire: 0.3.10
