Pipewire no audio in Davinci Resolve 16

After upgrading Pipewire to version 0.3.43 Davinci Resolve 16 will playback audio, but the sound is not coming through. You can see the meters dancing, but no audio is coming from the speakers.

This might be related to the fact that pipewire or wireplumber changes the routing everytime the stream gets interrupted. Like playing back a yt house stream with several songs inside one stream, pipewire will change the audio destination everytime a new song inside the stream starts.

On Ubuntu 22.04 it's even worse, it's changing the routing even when you install or uninstall programs. That is super annoying.
