Audio output devices missing in pw-record --list-targets

I am trying to record just the desktop audio (no microphone). I am currently using parecord -d alsa_output.pci-0000_00_1b.0.analog-stereo out.ogg. This works fine, however it would be nice to use pw-record to do the same. However, only the audio input is present:

pw-record --list-targets
Available targets ("*" denotes default): alsa_input.pci-0000_00_1b.0.analog-stereo
*	47: description="Built-in Audio Analog Stereo" prio=1945

Could pw-record support alsa_output devices?
