Audio lag when watching videos

): 5.13.0-22-generic
Description of Problem:
I'm running pipewire/wayland/KDE on top of Kubuntu 21.10 (with kwin-wayland and pipewire backports). I'm getting audio lag when watching videos. Changing latency in pavucontrol only makes things worse. Initially I thought this was a bluetooth headset issue (same bluetooth headset on a different computer running an older version of pipewire were flawless) buuut by accident I played audio from a video through the laptop's own speakers, and was surprised to hear the same lag there. If I had to estimate I'd say it's in the 200-300ms range - you can see people's mouths move before the audio of the words arrives.
How Reproducible:
100% of all youtube videos in chrome. Firefox has the same problem but there might be slightly less latency.
