Can't share system audio in Zoom

Hi there, I recently switched to PipeWire, currently on version 0.3.35 with openSUSE Tumbleweed and the Cinnamon 5.05 desktop, and Zoom 5.7.6 (31792.0820) installed from the official RPM.

Since switching from PulseAudio, I can no longer easily share my system audio when sharing my screen in a Zoom meeting. With PulseAudio, Zoom creates a combined sink that allows for sharing the system audio output even with the mic muted. With PipeWire, when sharing the screen with "system audio" sharing enabled, the other participants only hear my mic audio, not the system audio. There are no additional audio sinks visible in Pavucontrol either. This is how things look by default in Helvum patchbay during a Zoom screen sharing session:

With the Helvum patchbay I was able to manually route the audio from the application that playing into the Zoom input, but this is a clumsy way to control things during a meeting.
