pw: add module with keys constants

@ryuukyu : doing some experimentations to properly export string constants.

Please let me know what you think, I'd rather have feedback now than after doing all the tedious copy/pasting work. :) I'm especially wondering if it's worth the hassle to copy the doc from keys.h or if we should just link it to users.
