pw: Add wrappers for Clients, Devices, Factories and Modules

Adds Rust wrappers to pw_client, pw_device, pw_factory and pw_module.

Draft as I'm unsure about the best way to handle the C arrays of pw_permissions in the Client permission callback and the update_permissions method.
