Update CI

Tom Wagner requested to merge ryuukyu/pipewire-rs:update-ci into main

This updates CI to fedora 36 and the latest pipewire and rust versions.

Pipewire is also no longer compiled manually on job, but installed from the fedora repository when the container is created.

Also disables checking docs on -sys crates as the autogenerated docs may cause some minor warnings such as unmarked hyperlinks, which would fail the CI.
