graphview: Add legend for colours

Tom Wagner requested to merge ryuukyu/helvum-dev:graph-legend into main

Adds a legend for port colours (representing Audio, Video, Midi) in the top right corner of the graphview as an overlay.

This also moves layout of the window into an UI file, as doing this programatically would have become a mess.
