mutter: Disable session management with mutter and gnome-kiosk

Olivier Fourdan requested to merge disable-sm-with-mutter-and-kiosk into main

We run the compositors directly, not going through the GNOME session manager, so it's not even worth trying to connect to the session manager at startup.

Add --sm-disable to the mutter and gnome-kiosk command line to avoid errors when trying to connect to the session manager.
