Implement workaround for SVG logo

Hari Rana requested to merge TheEvilSkeleton/wiki:work-around-svg into main

This fixes an issue where tabbing past the logo would select #document, which is an undesirable behavior for keyboard users. This workaround goes straight to the search bar.
