Add "Two Missing Lines That Killed DXVK"

This is the legendary MR you've all been waiting for 🐸

This MR fixes DXVK game corruption and freezes (because of a driver crash) after a short time 👀

The freezes actually affect more than just DXVK, but DXVK is important to me

I've actually been holding this MR off because:

1. I'm not sure if these changes are correct 🐸
2. I've been pushing NVK to its limits with these patches (I even got Overwatch 2 to kinda start) 🔥
