change the getting-started page to add the list of packages to install in order to compile the 'miminal' setup.
add a 'build-additional-dependencies' page, with the instructions to build a 'whole version' of Monado. Note that Tracy is used for real-time tracing, in order to be compatible with a win32 installation.
It has been checked on a fresh Fedora 39 Desktop and a fresh Ubuntu 22.04.
